On an iPhone you can also go to Settings, then Phone, then Call Forwarding. That forwards every call, not only the ones you miss.

Then call your business number from another phone and let it ring to test it.

Booking

Let your agent book callers onto your Calendly during the call, after it finds out which kind of meeting they need.

You'll sign in to Calendly and click Allow. Booking straight onto your calendar needs a paid Calendly plan; on the free plan, callers get emailed your booking link instead.

Your Calendly plan doesn't allow booking by API. Callers will be emailed your booking link instead.

Calendly disconnected. Reconnect to keep booking callers; until then they get your booking link by email.

Turn on the meeting types your agent may offer, and say who each one is for. Your agent uses these to pick the right one.

Step-by-step guide

Manage keys

Server URL: https://auth.botphone.tel/mcp. API keys go in Authorization: Bearer <key> or an X-API-Key header. Muse can also sign in instead, with the Client ID 59ca045f-f57c-4f33-bb63-dbcf97a6a0da.

Add BotPhone as a custom connector. Server: https://auth.botphone.tel/mcp. It uses an API key, not sign-in. Open the secure form so I can paste my key.
